Un gel is a freezing of the image for a few seconds. This phenomenon can be observed when playing games and when you are just flipping through pages on your smartphone. The picture “freezes” for a couple of seconds, after which the problem goes away, and the device continues to work as usual.
Il n'y a pas beaucoup de raisons pour l'apparition de gel :
- version obsolète du micrologiciel officiel ou du logiciel personnalisé ;
- une charge excessive sur le système ;
- un problème dans le téléphone lui-même.
To fix the problem yourself, you can try rebooting or reflashing the device and cleaning the memory. If these methods do not help, you must go to the service center. But if the gadget was purchased second-hand, you should return it to the seller due to non-compliance with the claimed characteristics (if the smartphone was sold “in new condition”).
