Backup

A backup is a so-called backup of data stored in the device’s memory. This is often done before you reset your phone to factory defaults or sell it. Having a special copy also helps you recover important information, for example, in the case of a serious system failure. It is possible to make a backup with the help of various services and applications available to any owner of a Xiaomi phone. You can save a variety of data, from photos to applications.

On the Xiaomi smartphone, the easiest way to create a backup of data is through the Mi Cloud service. To do this, we launch this application and click on the item “Backup”. On the desktop, there may not be an icon for the program, so you need to look for it in the menu with all the system utilities. A special page opens where we need to select “Start”. It will automatically start saving the desktop, apps, and settings to Mi Cloud storage. You can also set up auto backup, allowing the system to make a backup every day or week.

You can also back up your data through your Google account, Mi PC Suite on your computer, the Titanium Backup app, and TWRP Recovery.

  1. Ergänzend zu euren Ausführungen eine Frage:
Funktioniert die Mi PC Suite auch mit eurem neuen Betriebssystem HyperOS? Mein PC, auf dem die PC Suite installiert ist, erkennt mein Redmi nicht.
