Gestures are special tactile commands that you can use to control your smartphone. Owners of phones with large displays and small frames usually use them. Almost all modern smartphones are available in a similar form factor, so the touch buttons must be placed directly on the screen. This takes up a lot of useful space and does not always look aesthetically pleasing. Gestures are much more convenient in this respect, and most importantly, they are completely invisible on display.
To activate gesture control on your Xiaomi phone, you need to follow these steps:
- Open the settings.
- Go to “Advanced Settings” and select “Borderless Screen“.
- We put a tick in the item “Gestures“. If necessary, you can read more about all the commands by selecting “Explore” in the window that appears.
Now you will need to swipe the screen to control it and correctly. For example, you need to make a smooth up-down motion to return to the desktop.
