Xiaomi and Redmi phones running MIUI have a proprietary Screen Recorder app. There are also similar applications on Google Play. For example, you can use DU Recorder or Mobizen. In the settings of such applications, you can select the desired frame rate, set the contrast, turn off or on the microphone, and much more.
