A freeze is a freezing of the image for a few seconds. This phenomenon can be observed when playing games and when you are just flipping through pages on your smartphone. The picture “freezes” for a couple of seconds, after which the problem goes away, and the device continues to work as usual.
There are not too many reasons for the appearance of freezes:
- outdated version of the official firmware or custom software;
- excessive load on the system;
- a glitch in the phone itself.
To fix the problem yourself, you can try rebooting or reflashing the device and cleaning the memory. If these methods do not help, you must go to the service center. But if the gadget was purchased second-hand, you should return it to the seller due to non-compliance with the claimed characteristics (if the smartphone was sold “in new condition”).
