Since the utility is initially installed on smartphones, you don’t need to download it yourself. If you’ve previously uninstalled the Security app from your Xiaomi, you can bring it back by resetting your device to factory settings. Or download the APK file MIUI Security from the forum XDA.
The program is designed only for Xiaomi smartphones with MIUI firmware. It will be useless on mobile devices from other manufacturers.

Deep Cleaning
The tab displays all the content stored on your phone: photos, apps, videos, install packages, and large files. The data can be scrutinized, and unnecessary ones can be deleted. The tool tells you what to delete. For example, duplicate photos, apps you haven’t used in a while, and screenshots.

Uninstalling/disabling MIUI Security
Users who don’t like this program are wondering how to uninstall it. Since this is a system application, it is impossible to remove it from the phone according to the standard scheme. You’ll have to use the ADB Fastboot Tools utility.
Simply disabling “Security” on Xiaomi through the settings is also impossible. Only forced closing or deleting updates is allowed.
We strongly recommend not to uninstall MIUI Security via Fastboot Tools. Otherwise, you will put your device at significant risk.
